Hunting the Relics

The Tower District was once the center of commerce for Neverwinter. The merchants who lived here worshipped Waukeen, the goddess of wealth. Many merchants had private shrines to Waukeen with a golden cornucopia at the center to bless them with riches.
When the cataclysm struck Neverwinter, many of these relics were lost. They are an important part of the history of the city, and should be recovered. Help us reclaim these lost relics by participating in the Relic Hunt Event!

The Cloak Tower

The tower takes its name from a guild of mages called the Many-Starred Cloaks who lived and gathered there. They were well known in the city for their arcane skill and for the whimsical, colorful cloaks they wore. During the Spellplague, the tower and its occupants vanished. The tower reappeared half a year later on a different patch of ground in the city.
As a tavern tale has it, when thieves first broke into the tower several months after it first reappeared, they found empty halls and no mages (or bodies). Only the guild members’ many-starred cloaks remained, hanging from pegs on the walls. Then disaster struck the thieves: The lone survivor of the group told of a horrific attack from cloaks that suddenly came to life and enveloped the other bandits.
Whether the tale or any part of it is true, the citizens of Neverwinter shunned the tower for decades thereafter—no one wanted to risk entering it.
District residents expected that the orcs, too, would run afoul of the tower’s wards when they tried to occupy the place, but the creatures were able to move in safely. They have established themselves quite nicely in the most protected holdfast in the district

Driving Back the Orcs

The orcs of the Many-Arrows Tribe seek to destroy the Neverwinter Guard Post! Join me in battle to drive back this menace!
A call will go out during the next Orc Assault! Join the call and you will be taken to the battleground! Once you have slain many an orc, return to me and we will share tales of glory!

The Cloak Tower

You've dealt some deadly blows to the Many-Arrows Tribe! With the Warband Leaders and the Gruumsh Warders defeated only one obstacle remains: the orc commander, Vansi Bloodscar.
Vansi is a vicious orc who bears a powerful spellscar that grants her strange abilities. Gather your companions; you'll need help defeating the orc commander!

Crystal Invocation Instructions

Place an Agate, Blue, and Green crystal on the pedestal.

Botanical Invocation Instructions

Place a Glowberry, Gingershroom, and Starflower on the pedestal.

Reports from the Field

The immediate problems in town are starting to be under control.  However, we are constantly hearing rumors of all sorts coming in from the field. Adventurers, like yourself, are seemingly never short of tales.
Naturally, the inns and taverns seem to be the best place to hear these tales. However, a cheerful campfire also sees tales told. Go talk to the Well-informed Harper who shares this outpost with me. Go and learn what rumors he has to share.

Fists of the Warband

The battle plans you found around the Many-Arrows Camp indicate many of the attacks are being coordinated by three warband leaders.
You need to enter the Orc Barracks and eliminate Lurg Bloodspear, Drogthu Elfeater, and Kragmar Deepscar.
The Orc Barracks are on the far side of the Many-Arrows Camp. Luckily, I scouted out an old secret passage nearby which you can take if you don't want to fight through the orcs to get to their stronghold.

Unmolested Portrait

Etched into the frame of this newer portrait is a title, "The Prophet."

The woman doesn't appear particularly prescient, but somehow the painting is intact, though everything else human has been defiled.

Orc Barracks

Once a private guard barracks in the Tower District, the orcs have since converted it to their own use.
Here the orc warband leaders gather to discuss the next conquest in the name of the Many-Arrows Tribe and Gruumsh.

The Eyes Have It

The Eye of Gruumsh Warders are powerful shamans who maintain a mystical ward sealing the Cloak Tower. If we defeat a number of them, it should weaken the ward enough for you to get through.
From what I've seen, the Warders usually congregate around their flaming shrines to Gruumsh.

Conquest for Gruumsh

The Many-Arrows Orcs are aggressively taking over this area of the city. In order to combat this threat we need to find out more of what they're planning. Head over to the main Many-Arrows Camp south of the Cloak Tower and gather whatever battle plans you can find.
Once you've found enough battle plans, it should give you a good idea about who to target next.

Spying the Cloak Tower

You've proven invaluable in our struggle against the orcish threat. Now it's time to take the fight to the heart of the enemy!
Our scouts found a path to the Cloak Tower through a wall breach to the southeast. Follow the path east and meet with Private Quickfoot, then through the breach to meet with Scout Gaelen. They'll brief you on the next tasks.

Many-Arrows Camp

When the orcs Many-Arrows Tribe arrived in the Tower District, they established their base camp in the shadow of the Cloak Tower.
Since then it has grown into a fortified camp where the leaders of the orcs gather before raiding the rest of the Tower District.

Neverwinter Guard Spy Post

The Neverwinter Guard Spy Post is a nothing more than a ruined building where a lone disguised sentry keeps watch over the movements of the Many-Arrows Tribe.
Secure in the knowledge of their martial superiority, the orcs have yet to suspect they are being watched.

Bringing to Task

The Many-Arrows orcs have vicious warband leaders who whip them up into a frenzy to attack our people. If we take out these Orc Taskmasters, we can decrease the orc attacks in the area.

Returning the Pain

Kartok Paingiver is one of the orc warband leaders responsible for the takeover of Merchant Square. His soldiers have taken over the old Merchant Guild Hall. We need you to go in and take him down!

Supply Recovery

The Many-Arrows orcs have been aggressively encroaching on the area. They've gone so far as to plunder crates from some of our supply lines. If the Neverwinter Guard is to protect the city, we need to get those supplies back!

The Fallen Banner

The proud Neverember flag has been torn and defaced, but not burned.  Maybe it was meant to be a trophy once, but it has since been forgotten.

Merchant Guild Hall

The Merchant Guild Hall was once an extravagant building where the merchant guild leaders gathered to discuss trade agreements, the future prosperity of Neverwinter, or to simply enjoy the fruits of their labor.
When the cataclysm destroyed the city, most of the merchants who survived fled to the city of Waterdeep to continue their business, while some relocated to Protector's Enclave once Lord Neverember re-established a trade market there.
Now the once-great Merchant Guild Hall is overrun by the orcs of the Many-Arrows Tribe. The fine tapestries and exquisite paintings which once adorned the walls of this establishment now trampled under the brutish heels of the orcs.
